CareDx is dedicated to ensuring accessible testing for as many patients as possible. We maintain a patient assistance program for individuals who meet eligibility criteria and provide reimbursement support to help patients at every step.

Patient Insurance Coverage

CareDx tests are covered by Medicare when coverage criteria are met. Commercial coverage varies. Access information for patients and caregivers about insurance coverage, cost of testing, and the CareDx Financial Assistance Program here:

Most AlloMap and AlloSure patients have no out-of-pocket expenses.

In the event that they do, CareDx’s Financial Assistance Program may be able to help. Patients with income up to 400% of the federal poverty level (or more in certain circumstances) may be eligible for support.
