HeartCare combines two blood tests—AlloMap® Heart and AlloSure® Heart—providing your transplant team with a comprehensive view of your heart’s health, assessing both injury and immune activation.1 Used together, they can provide another dimension of risk compared with dd-cfDNA alone.2
