About the Accelerate Leadership Program
The NATCO Accelerate Leadership Program is a comprehensive, 12‑month leadership development experience focused on building the skills transplant coordinators need to grow as leaders: both within their transplant centers and across the broader healthcare.
Participants engage in structured learning across topics such as:
Leadership and influence
Strategic thinking and decision‑making
Communication and conflict mastery
Team development and accountability
Leading change in complex healthcare environments

Applicants must pass a screening interview conducted by NATCO to verify eligibility
Application must be time/date stamped within NATCO's registration system.
** Application winner and review process:
The winner selection method will follow a first come, first served approach for applicants who meet the eligibility criteria and there will be a date stamp on the software solution NATCO uses to capture the applicant’s information and registration. NATCO will notify all selected recipients by November 15, 2026, pending all completed interviews.
NATCO will be solely responsible for reviewing applications and selecting scholarship recipients based on the criteria detailed above. CareDx will not participate in determining winners.
